This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all tour packages and services offered through https://shirditourpackages.in/, operated by Sri Sai Ragavendra Yatra. By making a booking or payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Payment Terms
To confirm any tour booking, customers are required to pay an advance or full payment as communicated at the time of booking. Bookings will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other payment methods as communicated officially by Sri Sai Ragavendra Yatra.
Pricing & Charges
All package prices are subject to change based on availability, season, transport costs, accommodation charges, and temple regulations. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If a customer chooses to cancel the tour booking, the refund amount (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting expenses already incurred on behalf of the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Transport tickets (Train / Bus / Flight)
- Hotel or accommodation bookings
- Vehicle reservation charges
- Temple darshan or entry tickets
- Any service charges that are non-refundable
Any amount that cannot be recovered from service providers will be deducted from the total paid amount.
Non-Refundable Amounts
Certain expenses such as confirmed transport tickets, accommodation bookings, and third-party service charges are non-refundable. These amounts will not be refunded under any circumstances if we are unable to recover them from the service providers.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after cancellation confirmation and calculation of non-recoverable expenses. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to report on the tour departure date or does not utilize the booked services, no refund will be provided.
Changes or Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval. Additional charges may apply depending on service provider policies.
Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, temple closures, strikes, or transportation disruptions, refunds will be handled based on recoverability from service providers.
